Vans Vault Perforated Pack May 2009 is comprised of a Sk8-Hi, Authentic and Slip-On, all with the premium LX treatment. Each pair comes in perforated black leather with white patent leather featuring a sapphire blue on the insoles and under the black, making for an Orlando Magic-like palette.
