Known for his works as a painter, illustrator, and graphic designer, Taka Hayashi joins Vans in one of its escapades as the two created a team and crafted one of the most anticipated designs of the season. With Taka Hayashi’s excellent performance in various fields of art, Vans was confident enough that the team-up will have an outstanding output.
Coupled with bravery, the Vans x Taka Hayashi team has built a new look for the Engineer Boot LX from the Vault lineup. In a traditional pattern, this boot sneaker achieved a durable construction with the pure leather upper finished in one-piece toe panel sporting visible stitching, and a pair of straps along the ankle for adjustable fit. Each of the straps has detailed tonal stitching that reveals a distinct design.
Two colorways are being presented by the Engineer Boot LX – black and two-toned brown, both sitting on conventional crepe soles.
