We really have to hand it to Nike, as in the past couple of years they have released more new sneaker technologies than any other company out there. LeBron James’ official signature sneaker lineup has been taking a few notches away from the bottom as the release of new different colorways was revealed. Yet, there is another kind that deserves to be praised – the Nike Zoom LeBron Soldier IV.

Nike selected a black upper for this model as a good universal base that matches any other jersey colors since LeBron James now starts to play with different team in the NBA. To play safe, this Soldier IV has an entirely black upper with gold Swoosh on the midfoot strap, gold L23 medallion along the side with gorge green lion head on the tongue. As we go along the Nike SB series seems to get all the more popular. When they first started out, the Nike SB line was not immediately accepted by most skaters because while they had nothing against Nike, skateboarding is an alternative sport and Nike was best at creating great products for more mainstream sports. Nike has finally hit the point with their SB line that they can just casually release shoes in normal colorways and see how they perform. We remember when just about every single SB release from Nike was a big deal because they were still trying to establish their name in the skateboard market. Some might say that releasing average sneakers is a downfall for them, but we choose to see it as proof that they are feeling comfortable in their new area that they have conquered.
