Sneakers, just like any other of the fashion world have to change with the seasons. Although it may not seem like the most common choice for a collaboration, generally cartoons and sneakers tend to go together very well. This is probably because the simple and linear lines that are used for cartoon characters can easily be applied to a pair of sneakers. These shoes will feature a black suede base with orange accents on the laces and the midsole brim and will feature images of Garfield himself in a repeating pattern around the midsole that are only visible in a certain light. Although The Hundreds has definitely built themselves up a reasonably decent name in the sneaker industry, we don’t get the pleasure of seeing all that many releases from them. They do come out every once in a while with a new one which is always appreciated and when they do they usually do it in collaboration with another person or company which is even more appreciated. Today we are going to be taking a look at a sneaker to do just that, this is the new Jun Cha x The Hundreds Johnson Mid.

If you are not familiar with him, Jun Cha is a Los Angeles based artist and he applied a print of the LA cityscape as well as an LA girl on the quarter panel and heel of these sneakers. The toe will be coming in all black and a red stripe will separate the upper from the midsole.

For a colorful and lively pair of kicks, The Hundreds Johnson Mid can now be availed in Turquoise color-up. The inspiration of this line comes from the California lifestyle mixed with a few Cali favorites that now embodies a classic yet full of fashion streetwear.

The Hundreds Johnson Mid is a shoe lavished with Turquoise suede upper with hints of hot pink and yellow eyelets. The presence of these tiny pastel accents makes the shoe look more interesting as the yellow shoe laces adorn the upper. A red patch with The Hundreds logo appears on the tongue whereas a pink label branding exists on the rear of the midsole.

Another distinctive feature of this mid top shoe is the white midsole full of pink speckles together with the pink strip that rests all around the base. The artistry never ends here but it continues on the outsole where it sports a detailed graphic design in an abstract concept.
