Due to the wide array of sneakers produced by Nike, there are some models that are given less attention. However, sneaker enthusiasts who are into the sport would have been interested into these particular shoes. Take for instance the Nike Air Tech Challenge made for tennis player and former World No. 1, Andre Agassi. In April 2009, this shoe dropped in its hybrid form, combining the Air Tech Challenge classic and modern fuses that made it more attractive and interesting.

Now, the Nike Air Tech Challenge – Hybrid is still up, after two years of its release it is being showcased on eBay. This shoe comes in white base that sports neon green details on the side panels, and a wild multi-colored graphic on the heel and portion of the lateral. There is Swoosh embroidery along the quarter panel and at the same time, an embossed NIKE label appears on the side. For an overall retro look, hits of black and royal blue are spotted on the entire shoe.

Not all samples of Nike sneakers make it to the front line as other models get detained in Nike factory. The reason behind is that may be the shoe did not meet the required standard, or it has confusing features that might give it a down time once released in the market. To cut off all unnecessary expenses in production, Nike scraps several projects, but still they are open to public viewers as mere samples. Here is a pair that probably would not earn positive points once released.

The Nike Air Max CB-Inspired Hybrid is a model that has root influence from Charles Barkley’s signature line. It is a mid top shoe dressed up in black with hints of royal blue as overlays plus varsity red Swoosh and top lace holders. A classic basketball look is what this model conveys with the popular 90′s feature, a mixture of Nike Air Force Max and Nike Air Revolution. The sole unit does not appear to be awkward with the blending of white, blue, and black with red Max Air unit in the heel. On the rear is a red on blue Air Max label, probably not a strong point to boost the design.

As a resident of the vault, this Nike Air Max CB-Inspired Hybrid remains to be a sample model and did not make it to the production level.

Most of you should remember last week when we took a look at a certain hybrid sneaker from Nike that made use of the Air Tech Challenge design on the upper. Most of you thought that it had an interesting design even if it did stray a little ways away from what we are used to seeing from Nike. Today we are going to take a look though at a shoe that the hybrid we speak of was based on. This is the new Nike Air Max Tech Challenge Hybrid in this gray, blue and black unreleased sample colorway.

The shoe will come as predominantly dark gray but will feature an ample amount of black on the upper as well which makes for a very dark upper. There are accents of blue in there as well to mix things up. If these ones were released would you pick up a pair?

This shoe seems to have an Air Tech Challenge design that has been mixed in with some elements of a skate shoe. The shoe will feature a predominantly black upper but will also feature ample accents of both red and bright green. The Nike Air Max 1 has finally appeared in hybrid form, following suit as so many of Nike’s other shoes. This is the new Nike Air Maxim 1, and we definitely approve of this hybrid. We’re pretty much used to Nike mixing together old models of what we would say “classics” to create new creations that stun people! We also saw some classics being updated with new technology to revive them. The Terminator Hybrids are different because they boast a complete overhaul! It has parts from Free, ACG and a mix of basketball stuff.
