Following closely after the release of the Vans City Pack Old Skool and Mid Skool Barcelona is this new Vans Half Cab City Pack Philadelphia. It features a pretty simple colorway but it definitely more than pays tribute to the City of Brotherly Love. The upper is comprised of predominantly gray suede which is accented by maroon on the logo on the side panel, the strip above the midsole, the tag on the heel of the midsole as well as on the tongue tag. The tongue will be done in black to add a bit of contrast to the shoe. The laces will be done in a tonal gray color as well. Overall we think that these are a really nice pair of sneakers that anyone from the city of Philadelphia can be proud of. Coming this Spring/Summer, Vans will be releasing these four new Vans Vault Half Cab sneakers. The colors included will be red, green, tan and gray and all of them will feature a suede upper with black around the lace area and sit on top of a white midsole.

Here is something to anticipate this month on the Vans sneakers collection, two colorways of the Half Cab Pro. The first pair comes in Grey/Black with Red accents and the second pair comes in an Olive/Brown combination. Vans has announced their planned release of a 3 sneaker pack, in conjunction with 3 different sneaker boutiques, Huf, DQM and Kicks Hi. Each shoe in the pack will be a Half Cab. Vans has already announced the release of two new Half Cabs that will release just in time for the 2009 holiday season. The first pair will feature a combination of black premium leather and gray suede for the upper, and the other pair features blue leather and green suede. Both will have a white sole.
