When it comes to classic running shoes, the Nike Air Classic BW which is originally known as the Air Max IV, a 1991 version of the Air Max series comes across in a revamped look. With its latest colorway composed of anthracite, black, and stealth, we can now see a fresh image with the same Max Air technology.

As a running sneaker, this Nike Air Classic BW is graced with several tones of gray called anthracite on the base using nubuck with stealth mesh upper having leather overlays. The tongue is basically made up of padded stealth nubuck with Nike Air Max branding. Black strikes from the side wall as nubuck Swoosh that finally works out with the outsole. A stealth midsole curves above the clear Max Air unit in the heel as a good point of accent.

There just seems to be no stopping it but that is perfectly alright because we wouldn’t want to even if we could. Of course we are talking about none other than the Nike Air Max 90 and all of the excellent colorways that it has been released in over the years. There must be some sort of genius process going on over in the Nike labs to select all of these great colorways and we for one would definitely like to be in on it. Nike is about to add another shoe to their already expansive line of shoes that are a part of the LIVESTRONG collection. This is just days after they announced the new Nike Air Max Moto+ 8 LIVESTRONG sneaker, they are now bringing us this brand new version of the Nike Sweet Classic Low LIVESTRONG. We think it is great what Nike is doing to help to benefit the foundation and the fact that we keep getting nice new releases from them as well isn’t bad either.

This one stands apart from the rest of the shoes from the LIVESTRONG line just a bit by applying a dark gray canvas upper instead of the normal black base that we are used to seeing. It still will feature some black leather though in the Swoosh and the heel tab, and of course yellow works its way in there as well throughout the rest of the upper.

It is quite amazing how long the Jordan Brand has been around and even more amazing that they have been the strongest presence in the basketball shoe community and the sneakerhead community for the entirety of those 25 years. Never one to get lost in the past, Jordan Brand is always creating new styles and inventing new ways to advance their brand, like with this new Jordan Brand Classic.

This Jordan Brand Classic will come in a white, black and yellow colorway, which we have seen popping up on a few Jordan shoes lately and is always met with praise and good results. Perforated leather plays a big part in the makeup of these shoes as well as the abundant use of suede that has been thrown into the mix. They have done a great job at keeping the colors balanced too. Yesterday we took a look at the England Version of the Reebok Classic which we thought was nice if not a little bit plain and understated. Today we are going to take a look at the sister shoe, the Reebok Classic Brazil 2010 FIFA World Cup Pack. Of course these ones will feature the signature colors of Brazil, those being green, yellow and blue which are apparent but still set back a bit against the predominantly white upper. Just like on the England version the date of 11.06.2010 will be placed on the tongue of the shoe commemorating the first day of the big event. Five gold stars will wrap around the heel of this shoe to signify the five FIFA World Cup championships that Brazil has won over the years in 1958, 1962, 1970, 1994 and 2002. We are still waiting for news on whether or not these shoes will hit stores in the states so stay tuned.
