Once you engage in the Nike Bespoke course you are believed to have a strong art background or an influential individual that can take a challenge worth almost a thousand dollars. Today’s featured Bespoke person is JD Beltran, an award-winning artist based in San Francisco, CA whose conceptual work and interdisciplinary practice bridges the narrative and the abstract while investigating the manner in which materials convey stories. Among Beltran’s famous works is the Portrait Doll Series that explores the sculptural medium of the doll.

Sharing some talents in her field, JD Beltran has touched a pair of Nike Air Force 1s for another astonishing piece that simply resembles her own remarkable work. By implementing black nubuck leather on the mudguard, she left the entire side panel and toe box for grey suede and grey denim for the heel. A hit of pastel and bright tones are obviously invading the Swoosh while bright yellow eyelets are making a good attraction while on top. Beltran also cross-stitched the toe area with pastel blue and finally dressed up the tongue in purple. To complete the pack, she applied translucent grey midsole with red/orange outer sole.

If previous Bespoke projects appealed to be so unique, here is a heart-warming tale of the most recent Nike Air Force 1 Bespoke done by Ryan Chapman who made a wonderful craft out of an inspiration that truly touched the heart of his fiancé, Mallory, a world-class athlete who competed with U.S. National Paralympic swim team. A year ago, Mallory wanted a red/white/blue combination for her shoes so she and Ryan ended up with a Nike iD colorway of the Nike Shox NZ. Today, Ryan went to a hot pursuit at 21 Mercer to finally create his fiancé’s dream shoe with the Nike Air Force 1 Bespoke program.

Being inspired by the Shox NZ’s colorway, Ryan came up with the same mixture of colors by doing the toe box and side panel in metallic silver leather, a grey suede mudguard and lace panel, blue leather Swoosh and perforated heel with white leather heel tab and red inner lining. The design flaunts a unique feature from the crisscross stitching along the toe area, as well as the golden tongue that matches the hang tag. Ryan made this a memorable shoe by affixing the date of his and Mallory’s first encounter on the debray.

What an inspiring story both for the couple and this new Nike Air Force 1 Bespoke.

With so much to choose from, designer Shane Victorino came up with something distinctive and unique as he crafted his second pair of Nike Air Force 1 under the Nike Bespoke program. The theme is inspired by the Philadelphia Phillies team colors, red and blue making attractive complementary tones as the entire upper is dressed up in tan suede material giving a baseball mitt look.

So far, this Nike Air Force 1 Bespoke x Shane Victorino is among the most adorable projects ever made because of the lovely collaboration of minimalist tones such as that the tan base gains so much confidence with the crisscross stitching that melds all the panels as well as the red Swoosh outlined with blue, bottom eyelets in blue, red lace, and red midsole with white Air stamp.

This will allow a new look in premium materials as the construction highlights the use of Vachetta leather which comes from the most desirable part of the cowhide, a kind that is left untreated and is therefore susceptible to water and stains. What sets it apart from all other conventional leathers is its patina, a honey golden color that forms over time and regular use, primarily through the absorption of sunlight.

In the case of the NikeiD, the Vachetta Leather Option will give a subtle appearance to the shoe wherein the entire upper enjoys the new covering along with Vachetta leather lace and leather midsole. It will have the Nike Air Force 1 branding embossed on the tongue while the interior will feature tonal suede lining. An embossed heel logo represents a certain entity other than the NikeiD.

Like everyone else, Francky B has to have an output that’s a lot more different than the rest of the other Bespoke products. To achieve this, he has to think of something remarkable and rare, and as a result he came up with the idea of wrapping the mudguard and heel with pixilated textile.

The final product now renders a mixture of pixilated fabric mudguard and heel panel, and premium grey leather midsection and toe area. Francky B treated the Swoosh with balck leather along with black leather lace panels and heel tab. The interior lining also comes in black that matches the sole unit. For a fresh splash, Francky B implemented volt accent that is visible on the lower eyelets, heel spine, and Swoosh outline while a secondary accent of grey lace has the need to be recognized.

Like everyone else, it is M.T.’s goal to work on a super unique, rare and one-of-a-kind design that will one day take his name to the edge of Bespoke world. This seems to have materialized since his craft has finally caught the eyes of many with an output that’s superb and inspired by nature.

Away from most futuristic looking AF1s, M.T.’s masterpiece is truly an unmatched pair which takes the wilds into this hands and made them wearable with his own Bespoke version. The upper of the shoe is visibly done in faux cheetah skin with burgundy suede Swoosh, metallic rainbow foil heel, tan suede heel tab, white midsole with gum outsole, and a debray that is engraved with his name, “Mickey”. Just as clean as any other animal-inspired designs, M.T.’s work is fast-spirited and sleek.
