New York-based designer, Ronnie Fieg has been making waves in the shoe industry for many years. He has been a collaborator of Asics since his Gel Lyte III design which was featured in the The Wall Street Journal. Since this beginning becomes a success, Fieg received a series of projects from other sneaker brands such as adidas, Sebago, Red Wings, Clarks, Soucony, and New Balance.

Continuing his devotion with Asics, Ronnie Fieg worked on another silhouette called the Gel Saga. So far, this is the brand’s latest release for the season which name is inspired by a butterfly. The upper acquires a striking all-blue tone which is known as ‘Mazarine Blue’ in a luscious suede composition. Micro perforations in different places of the upper give the shoe a detailed appeal whereas the black interior lining is a display of being neutral. The midsole also comes in black with Mazarine blue Asics label that goes with the outsole tone.
