This is the seventh time the Air Jordan V has been retroed for fans.

The shoe features a white leather upper and red midsole, making the Fire Reds a must-have for Jordan fans everywhere.

The original Air Jordan was released over 23 years ago in February of 1990 and was designed by longtime Jordan collaborator, Tinker Hatfield. It was the last shoe that Jordan wore before he won his first NBA Championship. It was also worn during one of Michael Jordan”™s finest individual seasons. The Bulls posted a 55-27 record, while Jordan took home the scoring title, an All-Star appearance, First Team honors, and All-Defense honors.

It has been said that Hatfield drew his inspiration for this model from World War II-era Mustang fighter planes, and the look was most notable in the shark teeth shapes on the midsole.

This shoe was pretty much a brand new look for the sneaker line and incorporated some top-of-the-line new features. While it carried over a few of the same elements from the Air Jordan IV, the Air Jordan V featured a reflective tongue, translucent rubber soles, and lace locks.

The Air Jordan V Fire Reds go for $160.
