Seeing all the previous Trainer releases, we can make a comparison since the latest drop looks more subtle than any other. Unlike the very colorful silhouettes that were featured before, this Trainer 1 has clean white base that is made up of leather. On the midsection is a flywire design with club purple threading prompting a club purple Swoosh with varsity maize border.
This Nike Trainer 1 owns a silver accent that is seen on the “TR1″ label on the heel and the rubber that cups the upper atop the midsole. Large Nike branding pops out on the heel in embroidered club purple text. And while the shoe’s goal is to give superior cushioning, the Air unit in the heel is being identified with the clear window. The white sole comes with hints of black, club purple, and varsity maize.
It seems like the combination draws inspiration from LA Lakers team colors.
