Featured Shoes: Nike SB Zoom FP – Dark Loden/Black Sneakers

The Nike SB lineup has been known with its suede upper, a choice of material that suits the skateboarding society’s preferences. But although suede has been established for such kind of sport, Nike applied a little twist on the SB by creating a new model called the Zoom FP. Take a closer look how this silhouette is different from the famous suede SB such as the Bruin, P-Rod, and Stefan Janoski.

Instead of utilizing premium leather, Nike has integrated a TPU-infused synthetic leather material on the upper. The toe box comes plain while the midpanel features vertical perforations. One of the shoe’s distinct attributes is the strap that skirts around the heel. Inside the Zoom FP is a mesh-like material that serves as the lining and at the same time as padded collar. As for the branding, a Swoosh appears along the side of the heel and on the tongue.

Nike will be releasing this SB Zoom FP which combines dark loden upper and black inner liner with white sole unit on February 2011.
