Sometimes a sneaker will wait until right before it is released to change its name, which can create a whole lot of confusion in the sneaker world for people who have been following it. Before, this shoe was known as the Nike Lebron VIII Pre-Heat, but just days before its release it was changed to the Nike LeBron VIII South Beach.
