This is the Nike Half Cent, also known as the 1/2 Cent as revealed on its tongue. The Varsity Royal Blue upper dominates the whole shoe with accents of Black. The mid-sole is transparent White with a unique Royal Blue out-sole. The 1/2 Cent will be released in March.
