The word “Vintage” reminds us of decade old things and when it comes to sneakers, its perhaps about beaten suede or canvas, yellowed midsole, and softer “worn out” materials. Well, these two vintage sneakers are not too old and were done in last February itself. These include Old Royal/Sail-Black-Orange Blaze and Varsity Red/Sail-Black-Orange Blaze. Designed in old royal and varsity red, these sneakers feature the characteristic feature of vintage sneakers as “yellowed soles”.
This perennial classic brushed suede version in royal blue and varsity red looks great with white laces, inner lining and Nike Swoosh. These are deliberately faded as well as yellowed in order to give the perfect vintage feel. Exposed sponge material on the tongue further spices it up.
