After a long while of playing around with new versions and hybrids of the Scottie Pippen line, Nike has returned to give the fans what they have been wanting all along. They have returned to the original silhouette of the Nike Air Pippen 1, Scottie’s first signature shoe which is recognized by its visible full air unit and translucent zigzag supports. Another interesting thing that is featured in this shoe is the set of concentric oblong rings that act as the tread for the shoe. These shoes will come in a simple, yet definitely appreciated White, Black and Metallic Silver colorway that is a great way to introduce the shoe back to the fans. At the time of this writing these shoes are slated to release on May 7th, but of course the date can always be subject to change. Stay tuned for more updates regarding this new Pippen shoe.
