The ever so popular graffiti artist, Mark Machado who is better known as Mr. Cartoon has been customizing sneakers including Nike. By adopting his amazing artistic skills, Mr. Cartoon crafted a pair of Nike Air Force 1 under the provision of the brand’s exclusive course, the Bespoke program.
Mr. Cartoon picked a not so loud color to represent his own work as he ended up in black leather for the upper with a neat touch of Kevlar weave around the mudguard, tongue, and heel. The rest of the panels go plain with the premium material used while the side is being accentuated with a dark gray mock crocodile skin.
The lacing system gained reinforcement with the leather shoe laces and the custom debray featuring Mr. Cartoon logo and a paw print increases the sophistication level of the shoe. Hints of red are present on the tongue label, Air branding on the black midsole and the ridged outsole.
