These two upcoming Spring colorways of the New Balance 577 will officially mark the shoe’s 20th year of existence. Of course, New Balance had to break out a couple of fresh colorways for the occasion, which is exactly what they did. You can see from the tongue tag of these shoes that they were made in England, Flimbsy to be exact.
There is a lot of interesting stuff going on here in these shoes. They get wrapped up in a handful of really nice materials including mesh, suede and leather. The suede and mesh will be the backdrop for the reptile textured leather that will wrap all over the midsection of the shoe. Both colorways will be pretty much the same, with one featuring red on the overlay and matching midsole section, while the other will feature green in those same areas.
