Kanye West has been spotted at the Grammy Awards of 2008 in a new Nike sneaker that may indeed be his own shoe. We are sure it is a Nike as the swoosh is visible, but we do not know if it is a sample or not.
Spotted a while ago on an airplane sketching a sneaker for some Nike representatives we speculate this sneaker is actually Kanye West′s official Nike footwear sample. Headed to NYC from Beaverton, Kanye′s team leaked the photo of him sketching a Nike shoe to Internet sneaker blog KicksAndChicks.com.
According to Nice Kicks, this week on the NY Times The Moment Blog Kanye had this to say about his Grammy performance: “I had on a pair of Nikes too, but I can’t talk about those because they’re not out yet.”
