With the World Basketball Festival coming up right around the corner, all of the basketball sneaker companies are trying to get into their share of the market. One of the ones with a big share, considering that they are one of the brands sponsoring the event is Converse. Converse may not be the biggest name in basketball sneakers anymore, but they have the time and experience need to hold their own. The shoe from them that we are interested in today is the Converse Star Player WBF Edition.
We happen to really like the Converse Star Player as the many small holes in the upper of the sneaker remind us a lot of the Nike Hyperfuse. The upper on these sneakers will be mostly white, but there will also be many accents of red and blue throughout as well. Stay tuned for more info on when these will become available.
