Air Jordan Sneakers

Air Jordan IV was released in 1989 and retroed in 1999 in a white/black and black/cement colorways. The retroed version was a huge success and sold out within hours of its release. In 2006, Nike launched several variations of Air Jordan IV including Mars Blackmons, Red IVs, Military Blues and Thunder and Lightning. These variations give inspirations of Air Jordan Spiz’ike and Air Yeezys, a shoe designed by Kanye West.

Following the trend, Air Jordan implemented inspirational designs like the first one seen on the AJV, taking inspiration from the WWII Mustang fighter plane, the AJVII from a West African tribal art, the elegant Japanese-inspired AJIX, and the AJXII which was inspired by a 19th century dress boot and also the debut of ultra-responsive Zoom Air.

Air Jordan got jazzed up when MJ was in the tune of his final return and 30,000th career point in the jazz-themed AJXVII featuring a Tuned Air, a TPU heel stabilizer and full length shank plate, and it came with a metal briefcase and a CD-ROM. The AJXVIII was inspired by the Lamborghini Murcielago which presented a radical one-piece upper, carbon fiber Comfort Control Plate and dual-layer Zoom cushioning.

The next models that existed includes the themes, Full Flex, Living Greatness, Performance Luxury DNA, Hit The Afterburners, The Number Of Greatness, and Beyond. In the beginning of 2010, the latest Air Jordan was released with the Full Speed Ahead theme, and that was the Air Jordan 2010.
