The PE is something that has been around for quite some time now although it is only recently that it has really started to take off in the way it has been. This might be thanks to the Nike Hyperdunk 2010 which featured possibly more PE editions than almost any other sneaker in the history of sneakers. When you think of it, the PE is actually a very smart investment on the side of the sneaker companies because it allows them to basically give themselves free advertising with their only costs coming from the cost of the sneakers. Today we are going to look at the latest PE sneaker, this is the new Air Jordan XIII Ray Allen PE.
