People in the music industry are more likely to patronize hot kicks such as the ones being worn by big NBA stars and professional skateboarders. Just recently, it was reported that American rapper, Big Boi was wearing a pair of Air Jordan VI Retro – Pistons during the Def Jam Live Pre BET party at Club Nokia on June 25, 2010 in Los Angeles, California.
Big Boi’s black outfit at that night was a pair of loose pants and crewneck shirt which he accentuated with his favorite Air Jordan sneakers and a black baseball cap. In the party, he posed while taking some shots of a Crown Royal Black wine while showing off his shoe’s neat outsole. The shoes come in a combination of black, varsity red, and true blue that we have had featured here as the Pistons-inspired colorway.
At the Def Jam Live Pre BET party, Big Boi also performed in preparation for the release of his first solo hip-hop album, Sir Lucious Left Foot: The Son of Chico Dusty.
