Sometimes we can’t help but feel a little bit of pity for the Air Jordan II. It is of course a nice shoe, but it had the unfortunate position of falling smack dab in between the very first Jordan and the III which is quite possibly the most popular Jordan model among fans. Personally we get excited when we see the great minds at Jordan putting their heads together on exciting new models for the Air Jordan II like this new University Blue and Black version of which photos have just released. It will feature an upper in University Blue in both smooth nubuck as well as the patented snakeskin and be offset by black sections all around the rest of the upper. We wonder how this colorway will be received by fans as it is quite different from what Jordan usually releases but sometimes different is just what the doctor ordered.
