Although the Boston Celtics did not make it to the Finals, their last season championship remains significant to everyone’s memory. During a game against the Los Angeles Lakers on February 11, 2011, Celtics’ shooting guard, Ray Allen became the all-time NBA leader in total 3-point field goals made (2,562), surpassing Reggie Miller’s record of 2,560. To commemorate his great achievement in the last season, Air Jordan produced his signature shoe in a subtle colorway.
Presenting the Air Jordan 13 – Ray Allen PE in white/green combination that also pays tribute to Allen’s team, the Celtics. The supple white leather upper has Celtics green detailing on the base, heel, midfoot, and on the tongue as Allen’s first name replaces the Jumpman logo. Nothing has been modified on the midpanel as the fastened design remains intact and untouched. The outsole features interesting dotted parts.
For Allen, this Air Jordan 13 player exclusive which is set to drop on July 16th is definitely the highest achievement he ever had lately.
