A joint venture between adidas, famous English footballer, David Beckham, and designer James Bond has been given life once again with the new adidas ZX 800. In previous partnerships, we have seen these three to have presented several collaborated projects, so this is not the first time to see a well-rounded running sneaker inspired by legends.
The adidas ZX 800 x David Beckham x James Bond is another low top rendition that adds the brand’s performance lineup. It reveals a classic approach that’s definitely from the 80’s with the simple construction and premium materials used. This low top gives a subtle feel from the mesh upper with the suede and canvas overlays. In order to attain ultimate breathability, the toe box as well as the midsection and tongue are all mesh-finished. The tongue logo flaunts a gold trefoil and adidas branding whereas the “ZX 800 DB” exclusive gold stamp appears along the side.
Two color-ups are now available for this ZX 800, the maroon/white/black and black/white/blue, both are set to drop on August with $120 price tag.
